Hi, I’m Nella Uher.
I’m a design and technology specialist that specializes in creative operations.
Creative operations encompasses project management, people management, client relations, design, and digital asset management (DAM).
I am fueled by my passion for creativity and organization. The two go hand in hand when fostering a creative environment.
My career experience has helped me to create an efficient working environment and I have found success in the chemical, consumer goods, higher education, law, printing, and software development industries.
Where I Started
My first job out of college was in the role of production/layout artist at a printing company where I learned the skill of document templating, the importance of quality assurance, and working in a fast-paced environment.
The year I spent at the printing company led me to the role of production assistant at a higher education company as a member of the curriculum team. There, I was able to showcase my templating skills, work ethic, and learned how to use various technologies to present and platform the blended courses and their materials. This is where my understanding and love for technology developed.
The skill set and experience that I acquired from the higher education company set me up for success in my roles afterward. I’ve thrived in various design, production, digital asset management (DAM), and technology consulting roles.
Where I’m Headed
My love for learning and utilizing technology continues to this day. I look forward to helping more companies become organized and work more efficiently and effectively through the use of technology.
