Managed an agency and their on-site resource in the creation of assets for over 3,000 SKUs utilized for eCommerce. Creative included hero, mobile and appetizing hero images, Amazon A+ detail and enhanced content pages, Amazon brand stores, and web banners
Coordinated the product image delivery process from Kraft Heinz’s digital rendering source (Kwikee) through their internal DAM (Digital Asset Management) and PIM (Product Information Management) systems decreasing lead time of final delivery by up to six weeks
Assisted in managing the upload process of final creative assets to the DAM for search optimization as well as helped in the training for this process for a population of over 2,000 internal and external end users
Managed the communication between the digital rendering team and brand marketers to ensure renderings were executed in a quality and timely manner
